Preorder Policy

Thank you for your interest in our exclusive preorder items! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our preorder terms below:

1. How Preorders Work

Preordering allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available.
Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and may be subject to slight changes due to production or supplier delays.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

A 20% deposit is required at checkout to secure your preorder.
The remaining balance will be charged before shipping, using the same payment method. 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Preorders can be canceled for a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable as production and fulfillment begin. If your preorder is delayed by more than 30 days from the expected date, you may request a full refund. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can request a full or partial refund for store credit. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Preordered items are expected to ship as noted on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
